We offer a free 24-hour trial — no credit card required. You get full access to every channel and feature included in your chosen plan. The trial expires automatically after 24 hours; you will not be billed unless you decide to subscribe.

2. Money-Back Guarantee
If you purchase a paid plan and feel it isn't the right fit, you can request a full refund within 24 hours of your initial payment.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the original payment date.
- This guarantee applies to first-time purchases only — not renewals.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Processing typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your payment provider.
3. How to Request a Refund

Please share your registered email address and approximate purchase date when you reach out. We handle all refund requests within 48 hours of receiving them.
4. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. Charges from renewals are not covered by the refund guarantee. To avoid an upcoming renewal charge, cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Our support team is happy to walk you through the cancellation process.
5. Exceptions
A refund may not be available in the following cases:
- The request is submitted more than 24 hours after the initial payment.
- The account has been suspended for violating our Terms & Conditions — for example, sharing login credentials or attempting to bypass regional settings.
- A chargeback has already been filed with your bank. Please come to us directly instead — we'll make it right.
6. Technical Issues
Experiencing buffering, missing channels, or a connection problem? Please get in touch with our support team before filing a refund request. The vast majority of technical issues are resolved within minutes. We're available around the clock via WhatsApp.
7. Changes to This Policy
Lemon Realm reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Updates take effect from the date they are published. Subscribers always retain the rights described in the policy that was in place at the time of their purchase.
